Instead, Call Specialists are trained to identify and address root causes of a client’s problem – and connect them with a wide range of available resources that meet all the underlying needs, not just the one that prompted the call, text, or email.
We are committed to connecting each caller to the services they need 365 days a year and in over 250+ languages. As 211 San Joaquin has been, and continues to be, a vital service for health & human services, and disaster relief help, offering real-time information to thousands in our community, we need additional resources for continued outreach to our service area, and to help manage our comprehensive database. Lasy year alone, we connected over 75,000 residents to local help.
