For the past 40 years, Family Resource & Referral Center (FRRC) has held a steadfast belief that children and families are vital to the richness and quality of life within San Joaquin County. Our staff is committed to the compassionate support of children and families in need of social support, and training services. We provide referrals for all families who are seeking quality child care. FRRC administers child care and nutritional resources, conducts workshops in effective practices of child rearing, child care, and child safety, and provides advocacy. FRRC delivers information, training, and direct services to enhance child care, and child development that strengthens families in San Joaquin County. FRRC is also the designated service provider for the County, stabilizing families by connecting over 130,000 residents a year to health and human services through the 2-1-1 San Joaquin call center, texting and website (211sj.org).
As we continue to serve over 50,000 families each year, we remain true to our belief that direct and personal action will make a difference in the family life within our community, but we need your help.
